How long does delivery take?

Deliveries placed before 2 PM will be delivered the next day. For exact delivery times and scheduling, please refer to the details provided during the checkout process. As we use a Third-Party Logistics company, delivery timings may vary according to the amount of orders to delivery that day.

We offer free delivery for orders above $200. For orders below this amount, a delivery charge of $15 applies.

Why does my meat look dark in color?

This is due to the vacuum packing process where oxygen is removed from the packaging, causing the myoglobin in the meat to darken. This does not affect the quality or safety of the meat, and it will return to its normal color once exposed to air.
